Wajid Akbar is a visionary leader in the telecommunications industry, with over 19 years of experience driving large-scale projects and delivering innovative connectivity solutions for enterprises and mobile operators. Known for his expertise in project management, quality assurance, and client relationship building, Wajid has successfully led teams through complex deployments and challenging environments, consistently achieving high standards of reliability and operational excellence.
His leadership has been instrumental in executing large-scale projects, managing multiple subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety. Wajid’s career highlights include securing critical Right of Way (RoW) approvals from government and private authorities, rehabilitating networks damaged by natural disasters, and consistently meeting stringent SLA commitments for operations and maintenance.
Wajid has held senior roles such as Head of Projects at Hitech Networks, Program Manager at Wateen Telecom, and National Manager for Fiber Deployment & Site Acquisition at China Mobile Pakistan.
Wajid divides time between Turkey and Islamabad, bringing a global perspective to Multi Vision World’s mission of driving digital transformation and delivering intelligent, reliable connectivity solutions for clients worldwide.

With over 18 years of engineering and leadership experience across New York and Islamabad, Farhan Badar spearheads operational excellence and strategic growth at Multi Vision World. He has been instrumental in transforming global enterprise operations through advanced IT and Telecom solutions, leveraging deep expertise in technical service delivery, technology consultancy, and project management for some of the world’s leading telecom operators.
Farhan’s career highlights include leading large-scale 5G network deployments, optimizing workflows through AI-driven analytics, and managing multi-billion-dollar capital expenditures. He has driven special projects that have shaped the telecom landscape in North America.
